Job Description

We’re an ideas and innovation based business so it's critical that we can hire and empower the right talent, in the right roles as we scale. We are now in a position where we need to hire our first Paris based recruiter who can focus solely on scaling our Global Components.

They will partner with a Tech Sourcer to hire talent from all over the world. Based in Leboncoin’s Paris office they will be part of an international team of Recruiters and sourcers based in London, Paris and Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a forward thinking approach to sourcing active and passive talent, using cutting edge attraction strategies that will help make Schibsted a serious player in challenging recruitment markets
  • Lead all agency relationships
  • Identify, engage and recruit candidates to fill the needs of open tech, UX, Product & G&A positions and pipelining for future needs
  • Apply your detailed market knowledge, coupled with your sourcing skills to engage with active and passive candidates
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and manage the process of bringing them on board at Schibsted
  • Be a recruitment representative at meetups, industry events, conferences and other gatherings

Preferred Experience

  • 4 years of talent research and recruiting experience preferable within Tech, UX & Product roles
  • Data and results-driven Innovative and creative - challenge the norm (you’ll have the time and space to do so)
  • Know how to build your network virtually and in reality
  • Proven ability to attract and close top talent
  • Able to spot your own mistakes
  • Passion for recruiting and appreciation for the tough times
  • Understand what you personally need to do to deliver
  • Be a great business partner to our stakeholders and provide a magical candidate experience
  • Know how to build credibility with top leaders
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Aren’t afraid to say no!
